Stephen Cummins, Vice President of Finance and Controller
Stephen Cummins joined Atlantic Capital Group in 2007 as Vice President of Finance and Controller and is responsible for all finance, accounting and administrative functions. 

Prior to joining ACG Mr. Cummins was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of OPS Consulting, a software technology firm focused on reducing the cost of software through quality and maintenance initiatives.  Prior to OPS, he was a Director of Accounting Policy for Citigroup’s Consumer Finance Division.  In this role he oversaw compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, managed the accounting and integration of multiple business acquisitions in excess of $1 billion, and oversaw the accounting and cash management function for a thrift whose assets grew from $800 million to in excess of $16 billion during his tenure.  He previously worked in the Corporate Audit Group of Alexander & Alexander Services, an international insurance broker serving fortune 500 clients.  He began his career in public accounting working for KPMG. 

Mr. Cummins graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
