Mariner Village
ACG has acquired a membership interest in Mariner Village Mobile Home Park, LLC, which owns a 27-acre in-fill parcel in Everett, Washington, just a few minutes north of Seattle. The property is currently used as a mobile home park consisting of 165 fully-occupied pad sites. In partnership with an experienced developer and home builder, ACG intends to rezone the site to create a high density community or transition the park into a mobile home park condominium.
