Bruce F. Taub, Managing Partner
Bruce F. Taub is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Atlantic Capital Group's real estate related activities. In that capacity Mr. Taub supervises all administrative operations, deal origination, underwriting and negotiation, investment due diligence and joint venture relationship management. He has amassed more than 20 years experience in real estate development, asset management, business operations and P&L accountability.

Mr. Taub previously worked for Storage USA, Inc. as its head of acquisitions where he sourced over $1 billion in transactions and was the co-manager of its franchise company which ultimately added over $200 million in value upon Storage USA's sale. He has served several private companies in a variety of senior executive capacities and has practiced law, specializing in business, commercial real estate, finance and taxation.

Mr. Taub holds a BA from the University of Maryland, a Juris Doctor cum laude from California Western School of Law, and an L.L.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. In 1997, he was President and Chairman of the Board of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce, a 1200-member business organization serving the Baltimore/Washington Metro area. He served on numerous other boards in his career, taught business law at the collegiate level and has been a presenter on a variety of topics including real estate development and the art of negotiation.
