Peter M. Rubin, Founder and Partner
Peter M. Rubin is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Atlantic Capital Group's operations, corporate governance and compliance. In addition to the firm’s operations and strategic planning, Mr. Rubin is responsible for origination and structuring of transactions and investment due diligence.

Mr. Rubin has an entrepreneurial and legal background with more than a decade of experience in private equity investments. His previous investment activities have had a particular focus on securitized debt transactions and real estate development projects. In addition Mr. Rubin has more than 14 years experience as a litigator and transactional attorney.

Mr. Rubin received a BA in Political Science from Duke University and his Juris Doctor from University of Baltimore School of Law. In addition to his receiving academic honors while at Duke, he graduated as a three-time All-American and All-ACC athlete. Mr. Rubin is a member of the Bars of Maryland and the District of Columbia and sits on the board of United Cerebral Palsy of Central Maryland.
